"Equality has formed out of an oldschool band called U.M.S. in summer 1999,
when the old guitar player (Uwe) left the band and the new guitarist (Roman)
came in. Because of that the whole music became more newschool. The band line
up, till december 2001 was: Alex - Bass, Marko - Drums, Roman - Guitar,
Stefan - Vocals. Than because of some different reasons Marko and Stefan left
the band and it was pretty quite about equality for more than one year. In
the beginning of 2003 a new drummer (Andre) was found and equality started to
do serious practises again. Some weeks later a new vocalist (Paul) and a
second guitarist (Stefan) joined the band and equality was 're-build'. The
songs became more metal in that time. Some had chaotic-parts too.. but still
under the 'banner' of newschool. One year later the drummer left the band,
and equality felt 'asleep' again. Since summer 2005 equality's got a new
drummer called Stefan. The first shows took place in the end of 2005... Watch
Out For Them!!!"

Eine warme Frühsommernacht, ein goldfarbener Ozean, eine herrliche Aussicht. Und ein Album mit Pop, Rock, Dance und den richtigen Songs. So wie das neue Album von The Go Find. Nonchalant, eloquent und elegant in der Wahl musikalischer Gesten präsentiert Dieter Sermeus den zweiten Streich seines erfolgreichen Projektes. Sanfter und ein wenig reduzierter als das 2004er-Debütalbum "Miami" ist "Stars On The Wall" ein Popalbum ohne Wenn und Aber. Manchmal atmet es den sanften Chic von Fleetwood Macs "Rumours", manchmal die folkige Reduziertheit von Nick Drake oder die Vetracktheit von The Sea And Cake. Aber auch Hammondorgeln und analoge Synthesizer hallen aus der großen Echokammer der Popmusik nach. Zusammen mit seiner Liveband nahm Sermeus "Stars On The Wall" in Antwerpen auf, der Sound ist bei aller Transparenz und Coolness entsprechend warm und anheimelnd. "Gut klingende, tanzbare Pop-Melodien" lautet das Motto des Belgiers. Das klingt nach wenig, klingt aber ganz groß, wenn es gelingt. So wie auf "Stars On The Wall".
